Service Description
PixVibe is an online platform offering AI-powered image tools — removing backgrounds, converting formats, compressing, resizing, and upscaling images. The everyday tools are free; advanced AI processing uses Credits, and results are delivered instantly upon use of Credits.
Pricing
All pricing information is displayed on the Pricing Page. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are conducted in USD. PixVibe does not store your full payment card details.
Billing
PixVibe offers two billing models:
- One-time payments for credit packs (Starter Pack, etc.)
- Monthly subscriptions for Growth and Expert plans
One-time purchases are charged immediately at the time of transaction. Subscription charges are billed at the start of each billing period.
Service Delivery
Credits are available immediately upon successful payment. Advanced AI processing consumes Credits (the amount depends on the model), and the resulting image is delivered instantly within the platform. There is no physical delivery of goods.
Cancellation & Refunds
Credits that have been used for generation are non-refundable. Unused Credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no Credits have been consumed. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; however, fees already charged for the current billing period are non-refundable. For refund requests, please contact hello@pixvibe.ai.
System Requirements
PixVibe is a web-based platform accessible via any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — latest two major versions recommended). A stable internet connection is required. No software installation is necessary.
